Friendly team, an excellent example of a 1st Class British Company, knowing what it is good at and being flexible, honourable and staff focused.

Absolutely miserable. Was taken on as Finance Administrator , Had to work in kitchens and warehouse for a week,MANDATORY, told its to gain an understanding but expected to get on knees to scrub wet dirty floors! Clearly just a way to obtain manual labour. Director is patronising and expects Admin to do everything, Reception,Admin for both operations and Finance,cleaning kitchen and washing up after 40 members of staff at times.spoken to and treated like the lowest pay grade. High turnover of Administrators and all leaving for same reasons.not allowed radio on, to talk too loudly is frowned upon, which means sitting there most of time in silence. Expected to make coffee for Director even if you are absolutely snowed under. No Benefits. No smoke breaks.no eating at desk unless you are family. Given chance again I would not have wasted my time on this company.........
