We use this truck wash regularly ( as we don’t have facilities at our yard, yet ! ) , and all I can say is this , it would seem you only get a good thorough wash when they have received complaints about a poor job , because 3 times out of 5 they rush it , don’t wash inside the doors , don’t wash the wheels , and sometimes don’t even brush the paint work properly ( like today , the back door on the trailer hasn’t seen the brush at all ! ) why can’t your staff just do a decent job every time , we are paying customers after all ?!
