Quantum Construction are responsible for the damage on my vehicle due to their failure to safely tidy up dangerous debris from the main road. As I was on my way to work, I hit a large piece of scrap metal on Marsh Barton Road directly outside of their construction site in Exeter. Despite my efforts to make contact via e-mail or telephone with a director at the company to simply discuss the incident, they do not seem interested in acknowledging the situation. I am now £124.04 out of pocket due to an essential tyre replacement. I am lucky I maintained control of my motorbike and came out of the incident unscathed. I am really dissapointed by the lack of response and the lack of accountability from this company.
