Such a great place for great diamonds. Initially you think aaeeeewe…it’s not a shop it’s office style set up in a what looks like flats, there no displays but once inside the staff are great and show you what you want, you can’t just rock up you have to make appointments. It at first is a bit intimidating but it’s all legitimate, do some research first just so you understand all the numbers and letters, they will explain but it can be daunting, the sales people will not hide info or try to deceive you as it really makes no difference if they sell to you or not. After getting my wife’s ring EVERYONE say wow that sparkles!! They do a great range of sets for the stone and they did sell all types of precious stones. Her Dimond is such a great cut well describe on there Web site., for me I had a budget of only £2000 and for me COLOUR and CUT were the important things, the stone I bought was only 0.54 carat but was E VS1 (good colour good clarity) The stone comes with all its dimensions and info on a GIA certificate along with the serial number which I have no clue how they do it but it’s on the girdle of your Dimond which you can see though a magnifying glass. The others grades for the Dimond really for me aren’t that visible to the naked eye and are only valid under a magnifying glass, which is why I feel the cut,colour make it really sparkly. They explain everything to you and hold nothings back. They value the ring after it’s finished which is normally a lot more the you pay not because it’s a con but it’s like your buying whole sale and if you check the shops out first you realise you can have such a superior quality product at a great price. My go to place for jewellery!!! My platinum band is great value. 22grams and few years old now, it’s so heavy and only you know it’s not Silver😏

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, thought, the service I received from the Quality Diamonds was that good I couldn’t not. The service I’ve received from Sammie-Jo & Paul has been nothing short of fantastic. Sammie-Jo was the stand out person all in all; she was inquisitive, interested and genuinely cared. Add the fact she’s knowledgable into the mix and you’ve got the perfect person working the job. Paul runs a tight ship, he clearly knows his stuff and was extremely helpful in helping me with a number of things including returning a stone that I no longer needed (as I ordered two). All in all, flawless from these guys and I’ve no hesitations in recommending them to anyone. Paul / Sammie, you will be my first port of call the next time I’m in the market for a diamond!
