I can't understand why there was no notice given to so called valued customers. Given that we paid for the moulds , surely they belonged to us.The company must have known how valuable the moulds were to us. I have never written a bad revue but this is really such bad practice.It is very upsetting.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have the same dilemma as Marti Dean. I used QC for many years, and I was not notified that the company went into liquidation. In fact, they continued to trade with me without updating me. As a result, all of my mould were thrown away too, and I was given no opportunity to collect them. This has greatly affected my business, and I'm extremely annoyed/angry/frustrated to say the least.

I have used QQ since the 1990s and they were always brilliant, but now dismayed to discover they have gone into liquidation, and that my molds worth over £1000 were skipped. If I'd been called and notified, I would have collected them.
