I really want to share my experience of using Quality Cars with everyone. I think it’s important to leave such reviews, especially car dealers because there’s so many dodgy ones out there. From the offset, even with the first call to Quality Cars I was impressed with Rich’s customer service. As someone who runs their own business too and realises it’s all about customers and especially their feedback, I understand how important customer service is. I cannot speak highly enough of Rich and his son (who’s name I have forgot, I do apologise). They work perfectly as a team, offering nothing but first class hospitality and customer service. Unfortunately the car I bought from the guys was not as expected, not fault of their own I will add. I will make this clear, they dealt with the issue immediately and without question. They sorted out and rectified any problems or concerns I had with the car and didn’t even grumble about it. In the end we had to cancel the car finance and they refunded my deposit the very same day I returned the car and also within the same day sorted out the finance to ensure I wasn’t liable for anything. They could have easily let this be my problem. And they could have gone about things a completely different way, but they didn’t. The thing I like the most about Rich is he’s very old skool, and that’s quality that’s hard to find these days. Okay, so unfortunately they didn’t manage to provide me with the perfect car this time, but I am checking their website occasionally and hoping something else comes up that I can buy from them. I would go out of my way to make sure I buy from them again when seeking another vehicle. I really think they’re genuine guys and that’s very hard to come by these days. Great car, great dealership! Really impressed with the way David & Richard operate their business. Recently bought a VW Golf and am delighted with it. The car comes with a 6 month no quibble warranty and a couple of minor issues were dealt with immediately without question. The whole sales process was simple, a fair price and part exchange was agreed without the normal haggling. The cars they have are top quality and the after sales service is refreshing, they are clearly proud of their business and customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation recommending this dealership and I feel confident that in the unlikely event that I have any future issues they will be rectified. Thank you!
