What an absolute joy. If I ever need a new car I’ll be straight on to Chris and the team. I’ll also be recommending them constantly to friends and family. They obviously care deeply about getting you the best possible vehicle for the best possible price. As someone clueless about cars I came to them with a budget and how I’d be using the vehicle (ferrying my disabled mum and her dog around mainly urban areas) and they flagged a Skoda Yeti, a car I would never have even thought of. Suggested that it was time to go automatic for city driving, a hard sell to a resolutely manual driver, 3 days of driving has shown they were totally right. They factored in all extras such as testing, servicing and their own (very reasonable for all the work they did) fee so there was no surprise bill at the end. I even got some back!! I drove over from East London to pick up myself and left my pretty beat up car with them to sort out and find a buyer. They were very keen for it not to just be scrapped as I would have lazily done. A prime example of their commitment to being as environmentally friendly and socially conscious as possible. 100/10, thanks guys.

We hadn’t purchased a car in over 10 years, so when our trusted family 7 seater came to the end of the road we didn’t know where to start to find a replacement within our budget. The beauty of what Quality Car Finder offers is that you specify what you want and budget and then after a conversation about how realistic this is he sources available cars at auction that match these requirements. For us this seemed like a tall order as we needed a particular type of vehicle and quickly, but Cris delivered within budget and on time! Cris also took care of all the paperwork, MOT, servicing, valet and delivered to our door all for a very reasonable price, no hidden extras! Cris is clearly passionate about what he does, is honest, trustworthy and transparent through the whole process and is always available to contact. In the end we got the car that we wanted, at an excellent price and in good time, without all the hassle we were expecting in searching for a secondhand car. He also took care of our old car, going above and beyond in order to get the best possible sale price, but that’s a whole other story!
