Non existent service and incompetent unprofessional staff that changes every 2 mins!.This used to be a good company until it was bought out a couple of years ago by a firm only concerned with squeezing profit out of it, employing uselss people that provide no service to blocks under their managemnt. Our block is filthy, we pay for contracts and contractors don't attend to clean, to plants displays we pay for , they dont clean gutters, but we are never the less charged for these services not provided, no reply to emails, it s beyond useless, in fact it is bordering criminal, taking people# s money without providing the service charged for. They shodul be investigated, not displaying accreditations on their website!

Shambolic. Our internal refurb is 4 years overdue, we’ve had 10 property managers in 4 years, they have consistently failed to reply to emails or calls, they failed to deliver our accounts in a timely manner (and had to issue a legal notice - Section 20b - to apologise), they didn’t have our fire alarms checked annually (yet still billed us) - and all whilst charging an annual management fee of nearly £2500 split between 5 flats. Laughably bad. Fay is the only saving grace, but I fear she won’t last!

They are the worst block management company I have had the misfortune to deal with (Im a landlord). Emails go unasnwered for weeks or months and when you apply pressure they give you some story as to why they are not actioning what they should be doing. List of problems I have with them: 1) they never action repairs increasing the cost of damage and costs to the freeholder and leaseholders; 2) when you email them you never hear back even when following up again and again; 3) the property internally quickly deteriorates as no one takes care of it; 4) they are terrible at managing the freeholder entity frequently violating Company House rules. Avoid! As soon as we can as freeholders we will remove them.
