Ordered UJs for Quad on Monday told it would be shipped 24 hours now Thursday 17:00 still no parts. They didn't even ship until Wednesday afternoon. Very poor performance. Won't be using again. The order was placed on the Monday around 10:30 royal mail tracking shows it did not leave your place until 16:09 on the Wednesday. Had you shipped the same day we would have received it before the snow came. Thankfully I have found an all together more professional supplier who understands what customer service means.
