Can't give zero stars, terrible experience, goods were delivered last December, one item arrived damaged, I'm still waiting for it to be collected for my refund to be processed. A collection was eventually arranged in January by the supplier, which had the correct address but incorrect postal code so the courier wouldnt deviate. I explained to customer service that my contract is with QS and not the supplier but it fell on deaf ears apparently. I'm still waiting for the second collection to be confirmed and it's now March. Apparently the supplier to QS is the entity that I need to wait for, in my mind the return should go to QS who my contract is with and then they can arrange my refund and sort out with their supplier the collection of the faulty goods. Very frustrated and annoyed with this company, will never use them again, this is the worst distance selling experience I've EVER had. Update. I ended up approaching PayPal to liaise with QS supplies on my behalf and eventually I got my refund, well they actually offered a full refund for the damaged item all but 1p. Had to laugh at that. What a nightmare experience.

Bought a Reginox sink from QS supplies which arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the sink developed a crack within first week of ordering. Raised with QS supplies who contacted manufacturer and sorted out replacement/refund options. The communication was brilliant and I would recommend them but not the sink I bought which is nothing to do with QS supplies.
