We purchased furniture a few months ago and we were pleased with the service we received. We returned on Friday 12th May to enquire about purchasing one further chair. The lady we spoke to first was unhelpful and treated us with contempt. We then spoke to a man who promised to enquire on our behalf and promised to phone me the next day. I am still waiting. Poor service and we won't go again

I wouldn't give Rogers any stars if that was a possible option. Don't touch this company with a barge pole! Terrible service starting from the sales team right through to customer service dept. Never kept informed of what was happening. Also, NEVER buy Ashwood furniture, turned up late, faulty & then broken twice within 6 months. The only positive was that we eventually got our money back.
