Extremely poor. I have grave concerns for the safety of patients here. Having had two relatives nearly die whilst in their care due to fails to provide basic adequate health care. Communication from staff and management is non existent and at times rude and unprofessional. Basic healthcare knowledge is severely lacking at all levels. Blood clots, bed sores leading to danger to life are just the tip of a very large ice berg. This is without the disgusting why some staff members treat patients and family members. CQC will be informed.
