Great set of lights with remote control and awesome customer service! I had a senior moment trying to use the remote control and thought it was broken. Emailed seller and had response within an hour (on a Sunday!) with helpful hints to try and apologies for any inconvenience. Tips worked (stupidly pointing remote at the lights rather than the usb connection). Emailed my thanks and had a lovely reply almost instantly. Highly recommend both the product and the seller!

These lights are amazing, I wrapped the lights around a five foot plant. Remote is brilliant for ajustment. The customer service is excellent. I lost remote at Christmas and was promptly supplied with another . Highly recommended.
