I have bought my plane ticket with them, because I was unable to get a visa we were forced to make the amendments and change the ticket to open, and it has been done. After a while ready to travel and arrange a new date. They were unable me to process the request saying that they will refund the money for the ticket costing approx £ 1200. It has been 6 months and they haven’t refund my money yet! I’m sending emails, complains but no one is willing to refund the money for the plane ticket. I do not recommend the company.

This airline does not take complaints with a pinch of salt. They are so defensive, the one advice i give you. Becareful if you had bad customer services, do not complain straight away. Wait till you use your return flight. Otherwise, they will humiliate you.

One of the worst, experience I’ve had! Flights cancelled and delayed, the messed the hotel up by issuing same room for mother and son when informed clearly not to. They charge to change business flights, which was initially delayed and caused by them.

Qatar Airways provide an extremely poor level of service, how they ranked so highly is beyond belief. Lost baggage and extremely poor customer support, which at best I'd describe as unhelpful and uninterested. I will never use Qatar again and I'd strongly recommend that you don't either........ Terrible airline, don't believe the hype.

Utterly disappointing airline that lacks empathy towards passengers with special needs. I was travelling with two daughters with special needs at their check in counter where the staff did not offered help, nor helped when I requested and in fact refused to help and at the same time they helped a GCC arab passenger. I have to follow long queue with passengers with special needs twice for the same flight while at the same time how they help their favourite passengers. Clearly they practice double standards (if standards exists for them) and they discriminated us against their privileged GCC arab passengers. I will never take my family to a place where we are not expected. Pathetic, arrogant and rude staff. Definitely not a world class airline as they claim.

Worst expensive I ever had 😑although I tried more than ten airlines. The stupid lady in the front seat put her seat back and almost slept on my lap. The flight Crow and supervisor were not helpful at all too 😑👎 I didn't enjoy my long flight and couldn't enjoy the meal and coffee. Definitely this is the last time I would ever travel through Qatar airways 👎
