Average, limited food and drink choice. Food prepared tasted good but kept warm was dry at 5.30 and restaurant opened at 5. Seating bit limited for numbers but comfy and good view of runway.

Just flying to Melbourne. Small area for amount of people, food basic, had a meal downstairs in restaurant area tasted fine but obviously pre- made if,I was served this at Niel Perrys restaurant I would not pay!!. Basic choice of everything. Emirates much better choice.

London Qantas Lounge - Time for an overhaul and upgrade. This lounge has not kept up with capacity or the times. The downstairs dining area is dark, dingy and small. And the upstairs has limited seating with whole sections reserved for hours - guess platinum frequent flyers aren't worthy enough to use this! Food offers below par. Gin bar excellent. Singapore Qantas Lounge - Sensational in every way!

Perfect calm away from the bustle of busy Heathrow Airport. Set over two levels, dining tables downstairs, in a restaurant environment. It felt spacious and well laid out, not crammed in. The decor was very nice, and the service efficient and polite. Upstairs was a lounge area that looked inviting and well laid out. The bathroom area was very clean. I'm not sure if there were showers available.
