    I ordered the passionova shisha. This was by the far the best shisha I have ever had and I have been to quite a few places. We were served by Omar, who was very friendly and the service was 10/10. I loved that they had a service call button, they were very quick. I highly recommend this place.

    The staff employed has no manners to talk to the customers properly, i ordered a bubblegum shake and was given a shake which tasted more of vanilla and when i told it doesn’t taste like bubblegum, i was told to get out. This is how their customer service is, i have already made a complaint for Qabana lounge and will not be going there again .
