Barriers and shutters regularly broken. People smoking weed and using skateboards around. When you need to buzz there is a very rude unhelpful woman that's if anyone even answers.

The barriers break every other day, meaning scanning your receipt/pass can become invalidated and getting in and out a nightmare. Kids smoke weed on the lower levels all the time, so the whole place stinks of it. Extremely huge price con for not that much security, especially when there's never any staff around. Not exactly 'secure' parking, though the only upside is that there's always spaces (unsurprisingly).

This car park is bad. Firstly, there is a very loud high frequency noise in the foyer where the pay machines are all the time. I thought this was just a one-off, but I went back about a week later and the loud high frequency sound is still going on! On another occasion I tried paying with my credit card directly on entry and exit and that didn't work so I had to go to a machine anyway. On a sign it asks you to leave a Google review, but the button to click through to review it doesn't even work! So I had to come directly through Google to write the review.

Really easy to use. Drive in and grab a ticket. Find a spot. Take your ticket with you shopping. Use the ticket to get back in. Pay using the machine in the lobby... (KEEP YOUR TICKET). Drive to exit and place ticket in exit machine. They take ticket and open door. Simple!
