Q-Parking staff smashes the rear windows and steals things from the cars. !!!! I had to contact the police and open a criminal case. As it turned out, rear windows are regularly (!!!) smashed in this parking lot and things are stolen

Booked the space at the car park, but found the surrounding streets closed for some reason, no diversion, no warning when booking or anything like that. So I had to park somewhere else, pay again. When I requested a refund, I was completely refused, even though I was not able to use the facilities I paid for. Very bad customer service. Will not use QPark ever again.

I booked for the wrong date in error. The Q-Park team were very responsive and understanding. The customer service team were accessible which I have found is a rarity these days. Book all my central London parking through them and will continue to do so.

Great location for Trafalgar Square and surrounding area, we were staying at Club Quarters on Northumberland Avenue so ideal location. Car park is very secure unlike others and good signage, prebooked online so just drove straight in and out without any hassle.

Wish I could give a lower rating! Horrible place to park your car! Absolutely NO security! Absolutely ZERO help if you need assistance. We parked our car there on Dec 22, 2021. Car was broken into. Back glass smashed, our things stolen. We contacted Q-Parking for assistance and what to do! Nothing was done other than taking a statement. They didn't send any attendant or security person to help. No pictures were taken ZERO!! Quite frankly the so call security guards seems to have been involved with the THIEVES!
