Avoid this car park as it is not secure. Advertised as a secure car park but anyone can walk in and out of the car park as no ticket is required to open the pedestrian door. This will likely explain why there are lots of other reviews picturing broken car windows and break ins. The floor was littered with nails/bolts as the car park appears to be functioning as a base for construction works. There were countless workers walking about the car park. The toilet has a code lock with the code printed on the parking ticket. This did not work. When going into the security desk to ask there was no one in sight. The stairwell leading up to the exit from level -3 stank of urine - possibly because somebody else couldn't access the toilets? Used Q-Park before and have been satisfied but would never ever use this one again.

This car park is not save!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOOOOO!! Thieves target expensive cars and break windows to try still stuff inside. NOT GOOD, I promise this car park is not worth it😔

DO NOT PARK HERE! We paid for 3 days parking expecting a secure facility. It's not! Our car was broken into the same day we parked. Q Carparks you know there is a serious problem with theft at this site! We inspected the level we were on after ours had been broken into and there is broken vehicle glass in numerous carpark spaces. There is a very easy way for theives to get in and out of this carpark quickly. This needs addressing urgently before other people become victims of crime on your premises.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR VEHICLE BROKEN IN TO! We used this carpark for 2 days and like a lot of other people recently our car was broken in to. Not secure in the slightest in my opinion. The most helpful person was a security guard in charge of the security for the construction work, nothing to do with the carpark company but was very helpful. No physical security from the car park company present what so ever. The construction security guard took me to one of the stairwells to show me where the thieves take peoples possessions and riffle through what they want and leave in a pile stuff they don’t want. I was shocked at how big the pile was! It’s madness that this seems to be so consistently happening to customers of this car park. While I was walking around the whole carpark checking to see if any of our belongings had been dumped, I counted 6 further cars with their windows smashed. It’s an absolute joke!

Please do not park here! My mate parked here for a few hours and only returned to find our car got broken into (back window). The security guard is awful. Didn't care about it and refused to provide any assistance. Don't park here! if you need to park in this area, I strongly advise using one of the parking apps where you can rent a private space. They don’t care about you or your car. Otherwise, they would do something to seriously improve the situation. All in all, this parking should be closed.
