Nice car park in a good location, reason for the low number of stars is the extortionate extra charges for over stay on a pre booking, we park here when visiting GOSH for appointments for my daughter as we like the Carpark, it’s outside the congestion zone and is only a 40min walk. I booked 5 hours, we arrived slightly late due to traffic and left 3 mins after 5 hours of parking (hospital appointment ran over) and I got charged £9! Plenty of available parking so can’t use the excuse that other guests who booked couldn’t park. We will seriously reconsider where we park for future appointments.

Fantastic place to park. Secure and bays are big enough for most cars/SUVs Just outside of the congestion zone. We used it for getting to Winter wonderland. Found a discount code online which made it £36. Worked out much cheaper than the bus or train from Oxford.

Good location but bare in mind the car park entrance will be inside the park. Toilets are horribly dirty. Space is very cramped but understandable because of the location. Paid £60 to park 8 hours.

Parked here specifically to use the toilet and therefore was convenviant with a baby to visit Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. The toilets were locked with a key code. Went to reception to ask for the code no one there. Called the number displayed for queries and a guy called Adbul picks up and gives me the toilet key code which was incorrect. We tried on two occasions. Waste of effort parking there could have parked at street level for free due to public holiday however slightly longer walk to venue but we would have found a toilet without all the hassle.
