Clean and bright car park, but beware it’s VERY small (only 33 spaces) and some parking spots have low ceilings (although there are warnings signs in front of these spaces). It’s also very tight in some spots. A lot of 4x4s are parked across 1.5 spaces, making it physically impossible to get out of your car. Also, this car park isn’t part of the theatre land scheme - which is the only reason we booked it. So if you’re going to see a theatre show, you won’t get discounted parking prices. But that was my fault for not checking beforehand. Parking attendant was friendly and helpful. He stepped away from the window at one point when we had a query, but left his phone number on a sign (and actually answered when we called). Also note, that the car park closes at 11pm! So if you’re planning a late night, this isn’t the place for you.

Hi Just like say that the Car Park attendant Daz was amazing when we got there it is a small car park and spaces are tight but everyone has parked there cars properly. Daz helped us to park the car properly also well spoken made us well come, spoke to him that we will need to charge our electric car before we leave and he said once the spaces come avaible he will contract me on the mobile and keep me a space. So would also thank you to Q car parks for the people they got working there to help us customers our needs. Will use this car park again at christmas because that's when we normally pop over to London every year.

THE WORST CAR PARK. Don’t park here if your car is of any value. If you drive a 4 by 4 or anything bigger than a fiat 500, this isn’t the car park for you. There is a nasty bend where they allow 3-4 cars to park around the curve on one side and on the other side of the curve is a cement 5inch curb which serves no purpose other than to scratch your alloys. Luckily my partner mounted the useless kerb and doges hitting our car aswell as the other cars parked there however as we were going in 2 other customers warned us that they scratched their alloys cos of that bend. Also the ceiling are LOW, we had to lower our car to even get through and had to be careful when opening the boot. The one way system means you have to either fight your way in or fight your way out. The attendant was however lovely although we would NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!!
