Parked for a day and a half and paid £120 ....and 2 cars adjacent to me got their windows smashed. Unfortunately after parking, I checked reviews and saw the rampant theft and destruction to vehicles but apparently this is a common occurrence in all the parks in the area. Are the police and car park management doing anything about it? NO they're not. I spoke to a security guard on site and was informed his hours were from 4pm to 11pm, and otherwise the park is left unmanned despite the burglaries for years now. This can all be fixed by getting 24hr security men to man all floors, but Q park is not interested in you or your property.....some reviews have even stated that the cameras don't work. Point to note : if you leave ANY visible items in you your car, it WILL get broken into, so clean out your car if you must park here and then just hope for the best

I parked in this car park this afternoon 14th March 2023 between 13.00 hrs and 17.30PM Came back to find my Window smashed and my contents gone . Why does this happen In what is supposed to be a safe place to leave one’s car ?? I will advise people to avoid this place that shows no regard for customers property the security is non existent i will never use this facility again .. I was informed by working deliver guys who wait for their orders outside this place that another car was vandalised and robbed yesterday .. the owners should be reported to whoever is responsible for monitoring this terrible pretentious business site earning their money via a business with very little customer care .. The owners should be held responsible and made to recompense the victims for every thing taken from their vehicles 😡 after all it is gated
