What a fantastic service. A lovely product from lovely people. I can't rate them highly enough, they were a welcome end to a desperate search and went out of their way to help me even though I was not spending a big amount. My item was probably the cheapest thing that they do but they still treated me like I was spending a lot of money. I was so glad to find them. They made my day, and my young son's day too.

Paul could not have been more helpful and dropped everything to engrave my son’s silver tankard, just in time for his commissioning as an officer at Sandhurst. The finished product, which was hand polished by Paul, was superb and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services, which were very professional and extremely good value too.

Fantastic service! Was able to walk on and choose a trophy and have it engraved the same day! The people there couldn’t be more helpful and there were several different price brackets/designs to choose from, including a big choice of insets to put in the middle of the shields to make them reflect whatever occasion/subject they are awarding. The price included engraving up to 3 lines of text. A fabulous shop for anyone wanting a trophy for any occasion!
