Only dealt with these guys via a phone call after we realised an order for funeral flowers hadn't been forfilled elsewhere , it was the day of the funeral so they were unable to help with the extremely last minute request but they were kind , curtious and very sympathetic to our situation. On what was a very stressful day they're kindness and calm manner was appreciated.
