Took a bike in to be repaired told him the issue & told me it can't be fixed without actually inspecting in himself. Took it to another bike shop in Paisley got it repaired within 1hr. Avoid the place by any means necessary.

Great service from start to finish! I was treated with respect despite being a complete novice. I had already been quoted a hefty amount for work elsewhere (at a big brand) however on visiting Q Bikes I was told most of what I was quoted for was nonsense and wasn’t needing done. In the end I was charged about a third than what I was quoted before and got a much higher standard of service! Will be sure be back 🙂
