My stay was at a cold mid December weekend and the apartment was freezing. The thermostat was not working and did not allow any temperature control. I suspect that was deliberate. Nobody came out to check over 3 days Also they require a £500 deposit which they say will be refunded in 10-14 days. I stayed 11 Dec 2022. It is now 20 Jan 2023 - still no refund. I had to chase. Appalling. That feels like a dodgy business practice. Whilst the apartments are nice enough, their service is poor and unreliable at best. I will never stay there again

Three important things for you to know about Q Apartments, which they fail to signpost on the booking page 1. They require you to submit a full photo of your ID in advance, and only then will they give you the code to the room. They don't tell you they need this, so there's a risk of turning up on the day and having no access 2. They will not accept bookings from under 25s for some reason 3. They require a £500 deposit, no matter the price of the room. If any of these 3 feature turn you off, then don't book with these guys

0 stars! An absolute disgrace. I was double charged wrongfully for this apartment and they made me do the run around for a refund. I will not be using this apartment again, Stay away if you want to avoid a double charge (second one 29 days after). The sad thing is I previously left a positive review, but regret it now. From the quick & friendly check-in to the immaculate apartment & facilities, I just love staying here when I get a chance. I usually stay in Victoria but I have tried the new one Hope House the apartment was amazing had lots of space & was very comfortable. Unfortunately I wasn't staying in for the evening so after dropping my stuff off I was straight back out until late. Another thing was the ample supply of toiletries including shampoo, shower gel, etc... At other services apartments you don’t have this many options. Overall a fantastic stay & service. Would definitely recommend Q Apartments to others looking to stay in London.

It took me more than 2h to contact the service. The only available means to contact them is via a phone call, which, most of the times, showed it is busy. They don't have any reception and the self check in process took so long as there was a system error
