Terrible firm Purchased a CCTV camera 18 months ago Cost £850 Camera broke and was only 12 months warranty on it The company that Pyrosec purchased this CCTV camera said they did not repair them Waited a week for contact from Pyrosec saying they would meet me to see me Told then I had another firm replacing the camera and this had 3 year warranty on it and if out of warranty could be repaired. My views are why did they buy a camera with 12 months warranty? just a waste of £850
