So we engaged a builder to replace our bifold doors, and he had them made by Pyramid. We waited an age for them to come because of a glass shortage, when we took delivery of them we could tell. and so could the guys fitting them that the colour was nowhere near what they should have been. They looked orange instead of the rosewood they should have been sprayed. So our builder contacted Pyramid to try and sort it out, not only did they ignore his emails and phone calls for weeks, when they did engage with him they denied that the colour was wrong, we have since had the doors take away to be re sprayed and they have confirmed that they have been sprayed in the wrong ral number for rosewood. All this has pushed our conservatory renovation back by months, robbing us of precious summer time, all because of their refusal to accept responsibility for their mistake. I hope that our builder learns his lesson and takes his thousands of pounds of business to someone who takes customer care to their heart instead of profit. Thank you for your reply. I owe you an apology, you are correct, i ordered that particular colour on the advice of my builder, so you did in fact have them sprayed in the ral colour that was ordered, it should have been up to my builder to inform me that the colour would not match rosewood windows, it has now up to yet cost us £600 to have them resprayed and re assembled. As i said i am sorry for the review i posted and will update the stars rating to reflect this.

Recently had a set of bifold doors for a summer house. They arrived with Pyramid profiles stickers. We later found out they were manufactured by another company who make pyramids products. The builder has fitted them poorly and without due care as you can see by the pictures below. We tried to contact Pyramid profiles on multiple occasions regarding the poor fitment and substandard quality of the bifold doors from the manufacturer. We've had limited replies and no genuine interest to solve the issues from Pyramid. They have taken no responsibility and have tried to wash their hands of the issue. Overall it has been shocking customer service, please avoid this company at all costs. Check the other reviews of the poor quality items they manufacture. After looking at the pictures below, would you purchase anything from this company?
