**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** - owner threatened to find me after informing him I would leave this honest review. *This is an honest review as a customer. Please read - this is a good eye opener to what your after sales care may be like. I Viewed a car on Tuesday Morning and was very keen on purchasing it, at this point I had a deposit on a different car but was ready to cancel it as I liked Pylons car very much. At this point, very helpful and good customer service. Wednesday morning, I called the garage to place a deposit, due to wanting to buy this car. I was informed by the sales member that there was no need for a deposit as I would be test driving and buying the car tommorow morning (Thursday) and he would reserve the car without a deposit. Wednesday afternoon, I recieved a phone call off the salesman stating that he has decided to sell the vehicle to someone else. He had no sympathy that he lied about the car being reserved. I trusted the sales man as he told me in good faith that the car would be kept for me. Obviously frustrated with this news, I spoke to the owner who did not care that I was told the car would be reserved for myself. He was more concerned about selling to someone else and getting money quicker. I Informed him that I would be writing an honest review, although I have not given any money to Pylon cars, I am still a customer of their company. I was greeted with instant hostality to this, with the owner stating he would "FIND MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FROM THE REVIEW, AND FIND ME THAT WAY". - I believe he has said this to put me in fear of posting honest feedback. I did not want to be spoken to like this and it is a very unprofessional act. Please do no make the mistake I nearly did. avoid this place at all costs. Your deposits and vehicle reservations clearly mean nothing to this business. The business only care about your money - I feel that due to this any issues you have post sale will be treated poorly. This company are after quick sales and do not care about customers. This is based on my personal experience.

Cannot believe the lack of customer service from this “business”. We drove for 45 minutes to view a car here. We were handed the keys and told to go into the office if we had any further questions. So we did. Upon entering the office one of the “salesmen” was sitting at his desk stuffing his face. The other sat on his desk. We asked if we could possibly test drive the car so we could decide if it’s the car we are looking for. We were met with a frosty response questioning if we are going to part exchange a current car. We said we would be possibly interested if the price was okay, but the car we would be part exchanging was not with us at this time. At this time the “salesman” that was stuffing his face received a phone call and went into the back room swearing at the top of his voice. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We asked again if we could test drive the car and was told and I quote “what’s the point?! We need to know how much your car would be worth part exchanged”. And told to come back tomorrow. We left and actually had to laugh at the complete lack of customer service and professionalism. I would advise you to go elsewhere and don’t give this place your time of day!
