The guys who were due to fit the work surfaces we’re running behind after a vehicle breakdown but kept me updated with progress. Quartz tops fitted just in time for Christmas. Quality product with very experienced fitters who were friendly and professional. Even before that the team who came to template were running behind but kept me up to date- arrived at 7pm just to make sure we had work surfaces before Christmas. Never use PWS fitted my worktops through BQ eventually which to be fair where ok until their fitter was pressing the hob into its cut out and broke it completely in half through using excessive force. They are adamant that it must have been a faulty hob and have left us without a hob for over a month. Their customer service and after care is none existent. Service: Installation

Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered a worktop through B&Q, which was meant to be fitted today. This has not happened, contacted B&Q, they apologised prefusely for an error that was not theirs, but PWS's. Contact PWS 3 times, unable to arrange a date as to when they can rectify this, no date, no apology. Currently, no useable kitchen.
