My experience so far with Jag and his team at PUUC has been excellent from the start. I am undergoing a single storey rear extension at my property for which PUUC produced the design and Building Reg drawings for. Right from our first phone call I felt in very safe hands. Jag is an extremely good communicator; he is able to very simply and clearly explain the steps involved with all aspects of the build process. On several occasions Jag has gone above and beyond, giving his expert industry knowledge on aspects of the build outside of the usual remit of an Architectural Technologist. I highly recommend and I would most certainly use PUUCs services again in the future.

From my first conversation on the phone to PUUC, Jag came across very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. An initial home visit then followed and Jag was courteous enough to sit through patiently and explain to my family the process involved in starting a build project - from start to finish in layman’s terms - as well as the services offered by PUUC. Prices are followed up professionally with an official email outlining a tailored quote. What struck me about Jag was he was genuinely happy to help without the added pressure of taking up his services. Jag clearly has extensive experience and knowledge that comes across accurately in his work – initial sketches; best approach to plans and layout; design options; 2D CAD drawings and all the rest that follow a build architectural service. He understood precisely what I wanted from the set go - which made the whole process very smooth and punctual. Planning and Building Reg submission was completed on time and again Jag kept me and my family up-to-date throughout the process. It was comforting to know that I did not have to chase up or constantly follow up. Overall, a first-class service and Jag definitely goes beyond what is required of him. There is a personal friendly approach to PUUC’s services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
