We have visited a few times, and it's okay for what it is; it's three floors of miniature golf, and you can order drinks and food at the table using the QR code on each table. It serves excellent food and is reasonably priced. Our irk is that the course itself has a floor almost like carpet, and it's near impossible to play it usually just felt like a toy set of miniature golf. It's also not accessible for wheelchairs or those with disabilities, given how high each platform is. I would have thought they would have considered at least one course to be accessible, but each of them is not suitable for those who cannot climb a step. I am also generally into arcade machines, but the machines they offer don't appeal to me, and it isn't enjoyable. It's also frustrating that the school kids tend to loiter in the area without paying, and those who pay for a meal or for a good time at the golf have to dodge the kids who are running about and ruining our experience.

Enjoyable as only mini-golf can be, awkward angles, unknown tunnel drops, slopes etc. However beyond the mechanics of the game, atmosphere was non-existant, and everything includung drinks were overpriced for what they are. Won't be returning as left with two thoughts... 1. Personally I had a better time for less cost in Glo-Golf. 2. What a waste of prime estate in Queensgate.

We got the family deal with 2 adult meals, 2 kid meals and a round of putt-putt. The putting was fun as there weren't a lot of people and we got to take our time and take a break while we ate. The easy course upstairs was still challenging. The staff was a bit disorganized and didn't know the options available for the packages. They forgot to get our kids meals order until after we split the adult food (pizzas) and then brought the wrong food for the kids (hot dog vs Mac and cheese). The only drinks available with the family meal were fountain soda which we didn't want for the kids. A healthier option would have been nice. We did opt for water.
