was sent there after consulting nhs online with an eye problem. unfortunately, the gp couldn't really help with it... i had told nhs online i needed lister hospital urgent eye clinic but they sent me here instead... wasted everyone's time & our fuel, but the place itself was great!!!

I attended the walk-in -surgery a few weeks ago . I found the receptionist cheerful and friendly while taking my details. The Doctor I saw was just great ! His questions relevant to my complaint were full centredand relevent. I left with an appropiate prescription and managed to get it dispensed locally quickly. I can’t rate the service I recieved any higher than 5 stars however I’m more than happy with the treatment I recieved. Ok there’s a wait however should one need urgent treatment I know that person will get attended to very quickly. The receptionist staff are on the ball with their knowledge of first aid and more ! They will get a Dr. to attend to anyone who needs it urgently. I observed that first hand myself.!

Bring back Dr. Ochola. Love him or hate him. He was the only doctor who was very empathetic and supportive of mental health and Neurodiverse conditions. Unfortunately, the other doctors do not have that level of understanding.

Horrible every single time I've gone absolutely horrible. I understand these days the NHS is extremely under budget, but the atrocious way I was treated including before the NHS had been cut and before covid was horrible. Not only did they always down play my symptoms but also would tell me to drink water and rest. What kind of treatment is that? Once my daughter went in for an infection she had,the area was turning black it was swollen it was Itching. We waited 6 hours in the that clinic only for her to be kicked out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Later on she told me that the docter started telling her off and told her it's not the NHS problem, for context it was her piercing that got infected she had has it for several months , when she told this to the docter she told her off and told her its a normal part of its healing process. it was not normal turns out she had an embedded piercing that had caused her a sever infection and ended up having to cut it out to be removed and her ear has healed badly becuase of how bad it was. This is just one example I have several years of them.

Rude, condescending staff. Was sent with my daughter by 111 on the morning of bank holiday Sunday. There was only one other patient waiting. I arrived to be told in a very snooty manner that they would not see her and to go to a&e for a suspected UTI. The point of these centres and 111 is to prevent the clogging up of a&e so not sure what the point of this centre is when patients are directed there and then staff direct them to a&e anyway when it is totally unnecessary.

All the staff are very helpful and professional. We have had to take our 5 month old daughter to the centre twice in the last few months, both times we have had a fantastic service. We haven’t had to wait long and have been provided with great treatment! Highly recommend! Keep up the hard work!
