Truly awful customer service. Had to call them and the phone was answered with "Yeah?" Was put on hold without being advised. There was no hold music so dead silence on the line and I had no idea what was happening. When the query was answered, the woman on the phone didn't even say goodbye. She just hung up! While I was midsentence. Not only that, the pharmacy in general seems incapable of arranging repeat prescriptons. My mother has run out of her tablets 3 times in a row because they are not submitting to the doctor surgery in a timely manner.

Make sure you check prices against other pharmacies!! I paid £100 for 60 tablets here. Felt a bit ripped off so shopped around and found it for £60 at Lloyds pharmacy, way cheaper!! Feels quite exploitative

I went here with my son after another pharmacy said the scar on my son’s face was fine. The kind pharmacist who looked at my son in Putney pharmacy told me it was infected and it was important I take him to the doctor. She was brilliant - she took the time with us and if it wasn’t for her my toddler might still be suffering. Also my son is autistic and I feel comfortable explaining my needs such as him not being able to stand in a queue because I feel they would have an understanding of his difficulties. This is huge for parents with special needs children as it doesn’t make the visit an ordeal.
