We've just ordered our pushchair from the Pushchair expert and were very pleased with this company. From the easiness of being able to book online to the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, every step was great. We got some great advice, the chance to try the pushchairs on the track and were able to try it in the car. Plus the price match means why would you go elsewhere. They also have nursery furniture, high chairs and lots of other items you need for the new arrival. Would highly recommend this place, they were lovely.

We went to the pushchair experts on a Saturday, I believe you can book an appointment which may well have been our downfall for not booking. We wondered around and got to grips with the pushchairs, but obviously we called by as we were hoping to talk with an expert. We waited patiently for around half an hour until someone became free, however we were then sent of a ‘test drive’ of a pram, for the sales person to not speak with us again (left us to deal with other customers instead). There only appeared to be three member of staff on, we left without purchasing (which we would have done if we’d been spoken to). We then tried calling after to speak with someone and see about ordering over the phone, no answer on the numerous times we have called, so we’ll obviously be ordering elsewhere.

We first went to pushchair expert in Feb to look at prams travel systems to get an idea of what I would like was very open minded the staff were really helpful Christina allowed us to look at most of the models to ease of pushing around folding height of handles and carrycot as hubby is 6ft 6 I’m 5ft 4 so needed to suit both of us we wasn’t in a rush to buy as baby wasn’t due till June but was a great exercise then to go away and ponder over all the wonderful prams we ended going back a few weeks later and bought the cybex Priam 2022 which we absolutely love went with the rose gold as love how the little details stand out our baby boy really loves it the colour of the seats are black which again against the rose gold really makes a statement and feel it suits any gender the pram glides easy to put up and down so Thankyou pushchair expert for making our decision to use you over big retailers who just want the sale which is why we purchased we have bought a few other bits as well an delivery comes quickly If have in stock so will keep coming back for any accesories we need as well

Bought Ickle Bubba pram and refusing to return for a refund although it’s faulty & I have sent proof of the fault!! Already had to replace my pram as I cannot leave the house with out one with 2 small children and takes days to get any kind of response. Wish I’d never purchased through these

Very impressed with this shop. A huge amount of pushchairs to look at that are very well presented. The staff member that helped us was very knowledgeable and experienced with the chair type we needed and was able to help quickly and thoroughly. She also checked online and price matched a bundle for us without us having to ask. In addition, the toilet was very well supplied with nappies, wipes and a toddler seat (very important and one of my worries as we had our toddler with us and he is potty learning. This shop is out of town too). They were also well stocked with refreshments. A hugely pleasant experience.
