This is not your average bootcamp,this bootcamp takes you to the limit and then a bit further.First session I done with Kyle and Patrick I could just about run for 10 seconds 😂.But now I can feel how my resistance has improved sooo much in just under 2 months since I joined.You can never get bored,every session has something new and I find it highly motivating to workout outdoors in a group of people that have the same goal.To feel good in our bodies 🤗

Patrick and Kyle are absolutely amazing. They have kept me fully motivated throughout the whole of lockdown and still continue to do so. Push the beat has a whole range of classes for everyone which are suitable for all abilities. I have been made to feel very welcome with not just Patrick and Kyle but the whole team. Everyone is so encouraging. I can also fully recommend Kyle’s sport massages - he is so professional and was really keen to understand what he could do to help. Absolute god send during lockdown. The classes that were on offer were SO varied from bootcamp to to yoga to weight training to cardio to dance! There was something for everyone to help them keep fit during lockdown by teaching classes via zoom. The community they created was extremely amazing for everyone involved and I’m so glad that coming out of lockdown we can now attend classes like the bootcamp and group hikes in person! A great initiative, with flexible and friendly workings, and the foundation of a solid healthy community. Patrick and Kyle have a long background in fitness instructing and using this to come together and create the online classes they did through lockdown helped so many of us so so much.

Been joining the PTB team to gain some new skills and to tone a mommy body, nearly 2 months in the body changes and confidence are absolutely amazing the instructors build you from any stage you may be at making cardio and weights a lifting experience 💪🏽beautiful outdoor workouts no matter the weather 3 days a week of body pushing exercises. Remember A well-built physique is a status symbol. It reflects you worked hard for it; no money can buy it. You cannot borrow it, you cannot inherit it, you cannot steal it.
