Such a kind and caring team, with a special thanks to Austin. He kindly waited for us to travel from St Albans when he had been planning to leave for the night. He even took the time to talk to us about our beautiful cat and gave us plenty of time to say our final goodbye. If you are sadly in need of giving your beloved pet their final send off then I would highly recommend Purrfect Peace Pet Crematorium and would definitely use their services again.

I had my dog cremated at Purrfect Peace Pet Crematorium. The most important thing for me was that I was not getting any other animal in my urn. Austin was amazing. He showed total empathy and had no problem showing me the cleanliness of the crematorium. It meant the world to me that I knew I was getting just my dog. Yes, there were cheaper options, but sometimes money is not top priority. Knowing that my dog was cremated with total dignity was worth paying the extra for. I would highly recommend this place when the unfortunate time comes. I've posted a picture for my benefit.

I found PPPC through a Google search as the closest cat crem to my home. I brought Sebastian and met Austin. I got to stroke my beautiful cat one last time and watch as his paw print was made in a cast. I felt so much peace after leaving Sebastian with Austin. I collected Seb's ashes the next day and was so grateful to Austin and his team for the beautiful space that they held at the end of our cats earth journey x

Austin is my guardian Angel, my first contact with him is Monday morning 9:15am and at 9:45am (only 30 mins) he already picked up the body of my beloved doggie from the vet. At 11:30 am we arrived at his place and can said farewell to my loved one. We can carried our dog personality to the crematorium and laid him inside. Made sure this is my beloved dog and the area is clean and tidy and I am so pleased with the environment. After 2 hours Austin said the ashes are ready for pick up. The whole process only took half day and this giving me such a great relief to complete the whole journey of my doggie’s life with my presence. Thank you Austin this really mean a lot to me. I highly recommend your services and your concerns with the passed away pets and their owners. His services is 24 hours a day and seven days a week , I really need to salute that. So when the times come please contact Austin.

My very special and very loved dog passed away in the night leaving us all heartbroken. With it being a Sunday I was really worried I wouldn't be able to deal with her body until Monday. I called Austin at Purrfect Peace early this morning and he was wonderful, telling me just to bring her up whenever I am ready. He lead us to the little chapel of rest they had and was a huge support. I felt so much better knowing my girl was in good hands. The cremation took place the same morning and I was able to go and collect her ashes this morning. Really special service that I am very thankful for today.

I don’t know where to start… I would like to thank Austin & his team. I cremated my beloved Zeyna today. I called Purrfect Peace & Austin was very soft spoken & empathetic. When my dog passed I felt lost & I probably called Austin a number of times for advice, he was happy to guide me each and every time. He talked me through the process after my pet passed from the very start to the moment we got her ashes. When we arrived today, we were greeted by the goodyist german shepherd, May, who said hello & was happy to be petted. Austin allowed us to be a part of the process without rushing us. Before we left, emotions were high, Austin offered us to see the cats for comfort. His humble energy was comforting. I wish every pet has a long healthy life but when it’s time to say goodbye, this is the place to call. The energy in this place is so gentle & healing. Thank you to Austin, May & every member of the team.
