The receptionist that sounds like she can't talk properly isn't helpful at all... my kid had a infection and I was told he couldn't see anyone until the 26th July then after a mumbled convo she still didn't book a appointment and told me to try other dentists 🤨... what a joke!! They wonder why we don't bother going.

I was always happy with the actual treatment, but like everyone else I avoided all medical demands during the covid lockdowns which allowed decay of one of my 6 teeth. I tried to halt the rot but had to ask for an appointment as without treatment my tooth was in danger of snapping. on enquiry for an appointment I was told that being as I hadn't been seen for so long, they have removed me from the list. Shortly after the damn thing broke, no help anywhere. . Still rotting away in my mouth, no dentist willing to help, no advice, no doubt infection and pain no more being able to chew my food looking gummy swelling anticipated. Don't come here for empathy.

If I could give zero stats I would. This dentist is now worse than a third world one. Appointment was 1150. Arrived 1132 no one on reception, one person in waiting room 1137 receptionist arrived 1145 other patient leaves 1205 I ask how much longer I have to wait, told i would be called in soon 1210 I leave without being seen. This place needs a serious investment in staff, training and infrastructure. This is a very sad demise of what was once a very great detail practice under the original owners and ones that took them over. This current ownership couldn't run a bath. SHAMEFUL

Appalling service, everything you make an appointment, they send you a txt message to cancel, evening booking 3 months in advance, had a tooth brake October 2022, still not sorted, avoid this dentist always making excuses, not to see you 🤬

I had an appointment for my 3 young children today. The dentist was so lovely and patient with them. She was very thorough and I feel that my children's dental health is in good hands with her. My son is quite a nervous patient and she was so calm with him, explaining everything that was going on in a child friendly way. My daughter has a genetic condition which affects her teeth and she was really understanding and explained things really well to me.
