Very poor service. I would not recommend to anyone. Dr is in too rush and don't feel explaining things properly to you, I felt that they try to get you coming in more and more time even if its not required.... Worst reception service, they came across rude and never wanted to listen what you say. Getting appointment is a pain here always waiting time is 3-4 months... cant imagine it

We have to cancel the appointment as one of our family member (same household) is diagnosed with covid; as per govt guidelines. Rather than being sensitive to the situation the call attendant was rude and bang the phone. Really disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of the call attendant.

Extremely poor service. The receptionist called Rebecca is so rude and unhelpful. I registered with the practise last year February and when I called them for an appointment now, they say that I am not on their system. I sent an email to the practise manager with no response. I called to let them know that there was no response to the email. She insists on saying there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the practise manager and they just left me on the phone to hold. Her mannerism was so disrespectful.

Very bad service I had a temporary filling ( root canal)put in over 24 months ago and on the day I have a appointment which I wait months for they cancel it last time it was the nurse has a emergency operation in turkey or something today after waiting months with pain they make another excuse and give me another appointment 5 weeks down it’s poor service I’ve got an infection as a result of them keep cancelling the appointment and every time u call them to explain your issues the are rude af! I will be escalating this issue as it has caused me a infection due to there negligence and poor standard of service NOT HAPPY they never reply to email or phone calls I have reported them to the parliamentary and health service ombudsman and the care quality commission and all in contact with a dental law firm

Abhorrent place My partner has been deregistered, no contact whatsoever, despite having an appointment last year. Rude, unprofessional secretary who would not let me speak and refused to allow me to speak to a practice manager. She also refused to give me a contact email for them. Now can't get my partner registered anywhere. Completely negligent.

Stay away from this fraud practice. First made me wait for 3 months to sign up. Then when I need the practice urgently due to a painful cavity they tell me they cant make an appointment for me as they are prioritising patients they have seen before. So basically discriminating new patients with urgent need and who they had signed up without informing about this absurd policy. On top of that a highly rude front office attendant. Save yourself some effort and pain and look somewhere else. Ash

Was very happy with a service for more than 3 years until our dentist moved to another clinic. For ridiculous reason that prevents patients to know where their dentist moved to we were not able to follow. Then our issues started as work that our dentist started couldn’t be finished. Middle of March ‘20 Covid 19 lockdown rumours started and clinic decided without any warning to lock their doors (even though we had a booked appointment that Saturday) and not let their patients know what is happening. There were two of us (patients) in front of the clinic wandering what is happening. After one hour of waiting in the rain outside I managed to get through to one of the dentists directly who informed us how office forgot to let us know our appointments were cancelled?!? This clinic had an amazing dentist Natasha but since her departure we couldn’t progress with the rest of them as they have demonstrated very poor quality of service (we did try :( ) and also poor patients care. Can not recommend.

THE WORST DENTIST IN READING I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve had 4 treatments from them over the past few years, and for every single treatment they’ve always done something wrong. I always end up having to go elsewhere to get the treatment redone and to get an additional treatment to cover up for the damage that they create. I’ve seen different dentists within the same practice to see if I was still having the same problem, but nothing has improved. It’s gotten to the point where I’m starting to question the competency of some of the dentists that work there Putting in a complaint to the manager and the dentist who conducted the treatment doesn’t help you either, as they’ll end up blaming you for having the treatment with them in the first place - it’s honestly ridiculous! If they knew how to perform their job properly, nobody would be having an issue to begin with I’m writing this review now because the treatment I had with them last week has failed AGAIN, and I now have to pay privately again to resolve the mess. I will NEVER be returning to this place again Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
