Really wish I could give them 5stars. The shutters are lovely to look at; however, it’s been an absolute nightmare of a process. May 2021: shutters ordered Sep 2021: shutters fitted - however, we were unable to close the shutters so the fitter said someone would come to sort this out within 2 weeks. Shutters were full of muck when fitted and we had to clean the shutters. After 2 weeks: no one contacted us, and I followed up with a call After 3 weeks: fitter came to sort out the shutter that wasn’t closing. He informed us they would have to be removed and reordered. He said this would take 4-6 weeks. Heard nothing from Purely Shutters so I called them again to confirm this message had been passed onto their own team. They told me it would be 8-10 WEEKS for new shutters to be fitted. So in total from order to hopefully the new shutters being fitted: 8 months. Unfortunately, won’t be using this company again in the future when I move.

I had wooden stutters from the company there have replaced them twice because with the weight of them they keep droping so there is gaps between each slats I have emailed them again because it has happened again now they are telling there is nothing wrong with them would not recommend this company the quality is very poor

Top quality product with excellent service to match. A big shoutout to Sue (Customer Service Representative) whose advice was invaluable and to Greg the technician who installed the units cleanly and efficiently. I am loathe to give recommendations unless levels of service /quality exceed expectation. In all aspects Purely Shutters exceeded our expectations and we look forward to additional units being installed later this Spring.

Had our shutters fitted today they are beautiful. I expected them to be nice but they have exceeded our expectations. Jake and Kirsty were here today and worked really hard to fit a large number of shutters. Would highly recommend!

I first used Purely shutters around ten years ago when I was looking for a solution for a small bathroom window in my cottage. Bingo! Purely shutters came along and it was perfect. easy to clean, gave me privacy, allowed air through if it was steamed up and looked GREAT. They were made to measure, brilliantly fitted and looked good years later when we moved. I went on to have more shutters, each one for different reasons....in the babies room as they were brilliant for keeping the room dark and cool and a different style in our bedroom where we had cafe style shutters as we had sash windows and sometimes wanted to open them up fully. So when we moved there was no question who to go as we now want them at the front of the house to create privacy and are soon to have half cafe shutters fitted by them. If you are looking for a Shutter Company, then look no further than Purely Shutters, they are Fab and we highly recommend them.
