I love my Quatreau SmartTap, it’s been the centrepoint of my kitchen since we installed it in 2022. We built a new home and the tap is my favourite gadget from the whole project! We also installed their RODI system that purifies tap water and makes the boiling chilled and sparkling taste amazing – much better than bottled water and so much more convenient. Once you drink pure water there’s no going back! Drinking tea made from the instant pure boiling water tastes amazing and steaming vegetables from pure water in the saucepan improves the taste and flavour of the vegetables. It's hard to believe the difference. Roger and his team have always given great service, their engineers are punctual, polite and leave the cupboard clean and tidy after service work. You couldn’t work with a nicer company, they really care about their customers and are very passionate about the purity of water and quality of products. I would highly recommend The Quatreau Smart Tap and The Pure H2O Company - a definite 10/10!

Doesn’t understand the meaning of fraud or health and safety Same sub standard filters are 1 tenth of the cost on amazon Makes employees directors so he can’t be blamed Has at least 4 companies with similar names on companies house upw industrial app,ications Quantrau the pure h20 company ltd Also pure h20 ltd and others look it up Lies and deception Broken promises and equipment all cheap imports Second hand parts Happy to risk workers lives during covid 19 Apparently “furlough is the greatest privilege bestowed upon this generation “ Luckily they didn’t argue with claims up until July 2020 Once again check companies house this is fact not sour grapes. Only HMRC know about penalties for mistaken claims and payments Strange that a company that was all but bankrupt has survived a period of the greatest ever financial pressure on businesses a company who’s assts are listed on companies house don’t seam to correlate to the front. Check for yourself google hmrc and you yourself splodger I’m not finished with your cowardly scheming conniving deceptions yet. The truth will haunt you Try get this taken down you donut. Note my first review why would I change it to this. Yes I worked for them Treated like a dog. Sacked for getting covid 19 whilst installing for them. Sacked for reporting to HSE. We started off with the purifier system a couple of years ago but have since upgraded to the hot, chilled and sparkling tap. The setup is great and we have found the customer service superb. Small teething issue after install but this was rectified immediately. I have to say, its great to see quality products designed and manufactured in the UK as well.

The PureH2O system was installed over 2 years ago. My family think both the still and sparkling water, tastes delicious. A number of our friends have also remarked at how good the water tastes. An added bonus that comes with the PureH2O system is the after sales service. Every staff member that I have dealt with, from the people answering the phones, the engineers, all the way to Roger the CEO, have all been attentive, helpful and have resolved the issues we have had - even on a bank holiday weekend. Delicious Water with amazing after sales service - Highly recommended.

Great product and has meant that we could replace the old water cooler with the big plastic bottles which were not environmentally friendly. Because of the location of the tap the fixing did come loose but they came out and fixed this as soon as we contacted them.

The installation was easy - I made sure there was a power supply (std 13Amp 3 pin plug) available (in one of the kitchen cupboards) and Pure H2O did the rest. We went for the RODI+ System and it’s really compact; I got a look inside the casing (whilst a filter was replaced) and it’s a neat design which is really compact and allows the cupboard under the sink to be used for other things as well.

We have been loyal customers of Pure H2O since around 1990, when we installed a machine in our health food store in Barnes, southwest London. Between 1990-1998, we sold many thousands of gallons of pure water and many of our customers went on to purchase machines for their own homes. By all accounts, all of those customers were delighted with the product and the fantastic service from Pure H2O, as were we. In 1995 we had a domestic machine installed in our own home and recently upgraded to the wonderful RODI. It is small, compact, quiet, quick and efficient. In over 30 years we can honestly say we have received exemplary service both from the service engineers and indeed, on occasion, from Roger himself. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Friends and family often comment on the pure taste of the water. Tea and coffee and food taste so much better. But more important is the knowledge that our water is free from chemicals and contaminants of all kinds. We feel this is a vital aspect to doing the best for our health that we can. Even our 10 year old “bean to cup” coffee machine has benefitted and has remained clean and scale free. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure H2O and their products to anyone wishing to improve their health and enjoy clean, pure tasting water. Far, far better and purer than anything you can buy, plus saving on single use plastics that bottled water requires. --James and Donna Hitchings

The Polite One
We've had a filtered drinking water system with a hot/chilled smart tap and a water softener from PureH2O for a few years now. Nothing but great service from the company the whole time. It's very sad to see fake reviews from a fake company illegally using the Aquathin UK name who somehow got my address as a PureH2O customer and wrote me letters slandering PureH2O. Choose which reviews you believe carefully as there's a lot of fake positive reviews under this newly formed company as well.
