    Not the best not the worst. Changing rooms are quite small and they are not open 24h. They close from 12am to 3am so you can't change nor take a shower after workout. Benches in changing room are quite shallow and you can't control the water temperature in the shower but there is nothing you can do about it. Sometimes non enough aspiration in the shower area and/or too cold air cond right outside showers. Gym has enough machine although they wasted space in not getting leg extension + curl, they have 2 separate machines for these; or lat + pulley, again 2 separate machines. Good free weight choice with a lot of squat racks. No blue rolls to wipe down machines unfortunately, no WiFi (phone network simply doesn't work in free weight area)
