A good spot that is never really crowded in the morning when I go and generally pretty clean BUT taking two stars away because the showers in the menโs changing room are rubbish - they just dribble water and have not been updated since this was Soho Gyms, which was, what, 5 years ago now? It would be such a simple fix to change the shower heads or even just take them off one by one and give them as good clean and scrubbing but it seems no one can be bothered. Just posting in the hope someone there reads this.

Good gym, very big and spacious! Great range of equipment and the layout is great. Well located near London Bridge train station with a variety of shops nearby. Shower facilities and changing rooms are good, stretching/ mat area upstairs is good and weight room, though small and tucked away, is decent also - easy to miss so make sure you inspect the gym fully to ensure you know where everything is!

Here's the honest review. This gym has so much potential! The space is great and equipment is decent. That said, half of the gym literally smells like rotten cabbage. It's disgusting, specially when you're exercising and want to be able to take deep breaths! The other major problem is it's February and the gym is literally freezing. Apparently they can't afford to heat it so be ready to shiver in the main area and specially in the ice cold locker room. Finally my last gripe is that the changing rooms close at midnight which, considering its a 24hr gym is incredibly annoying and frustrating. Come on guys, you're so close to getting it right. Just sort out these major issues and make this a welcoming and lovely space to train!
