Grown-ups not returning weights where they belong so chasing weights all over the room. Feels like you’re in a prison gym… the staff are very nice though I just wish they enforced more etiquette. Not coming back to this branch.

Wow, a really good experience at this gym today. I’m using this branch because my regular place has no running water, so they upgraded me. Good selection of cardio equipment. Very clean in the studios and female changing room. I like the TVs in the gym space playing music videos. Well meaning staff that I spoke to. I’m impressed with this gym.

Waited 15 minutes after pressing the visitor buzzer numerous times and not one member of staff came. I then had the exact same experience in the Great P St’ branch earlier that day already! I’m a PureGym member and disgusted by this, maybe focus your time on hiring less lazy road men and people with empathy.
