Thank you to the morning shift manager! When I rushed to the gym this morning to prepare for a stressful performance later in the day, I accidentally locked my keys in the locker. The manager was incredibly polite, patient, and effective, unlocking it in under 10 minutes with a calm and warm smile. Thank you again!

The gym's hours are inconvenient for my schedule. Closing at 10 pm on weekdays and 8 pm on weekends is frustrating. Blaming local licensing is a poor excuse. The gym should prioritize its members' needs and find a solution. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a busy schedule. Find a gym with better hours.

Overall, my experience at this gym was unpleasant and disappointing. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who wants a quality workout experience. The overcrowding, unpleasant odor, and poor equipment maintenance made it clear that the gym does not prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its members. Save your time and money, and find a better gym to work out at.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!! 12.04.2023 :No consideration for members :painting,shampooing the carpet, mould removal all this as you work out or try to !!!! This should be carried out once the place is closed or alternatively paying members should have access to ALL other gyms while these rather unsafe disruptions are not over ! 30/08/2020 :My locker was broken into for the third time this afternoon ,along with at least 5 others .The same thing happened 29/07/2020 and once before before lockdown .Today no reaction from management ,only one poor PT on duty .No security system whatsoever in the changing room,anybody can walk in and out ,Pure Gym could not care less .The perpetrator seems to be very confident .Rather suspicious !!!!!Strange as well that when one member had ALL his belongings stolen Pure Gym head office do not react immediately (Sunday or not this is an extremely serious issue !How the poor member will get home when car keys,phone,credit cards etc... were stolen !) and they have not even bothered to put cameras by then entrance into the changing rooms to check who uses them when this has happened before ! Sadly having been a member for just over a year I have to say that the place is now very dirty : It seems that there are less cleaners .The floor in the men’s changing rooms is filthy , so are the toilets and the gym floor in general. Most hangers are missing in the lockers that are never cleaned. Freezing cold in the studio and in other places most days in winter . Extremely low hygiene standards. Shame as it used to be a pleasant and clean little gym ! Very good value for money for this area.Much better than most other gyms nearby .Nice pleasant staff.Relatively clean.Yes it can be busy but most gyms in London are.

Hello . I have joint Pure Gym Bayswater since beginning of March . At this age & era . Most people will use their headphone / earbuds The music level at Pure Bayswater is unnecessary unpleasantly LOUD .. & i am already using a top model noise cancelling earbuds. PureGym music is SO LOUD. If acceptable level should be 10 ..> Pure Bayswater is 30 Please have the gym management look into it. Thank you. Tang
