Nigel from Pureflow installed a water softener for us about 5 years ago and we have not looked back. The difference it made was amazing.........reducing limescale in the kettle, in pipe work, around taps and shower head, the reduction in the amount of washing detergent we used, the luxury of softer skin and healthier hair, clothes after washing feel softer.........the advantages are endless. Three of our daughters were lucky enough to have moved house during lockdown, so we suggested that they invested in a water softener and recommended Pureflow. They were all very impressed with Nigel’s professionalism and the time he took to explain the system to them during the initial consultation. Installation was very quick and efficient and they are all very happy with their decision to have the system fitted. We would highly recommend Nigel and Pureflow if you decide to have a water softener installed. You will not be disappointed and the after sale service is first class.

We had an old water softener which was not working and not knowing who to go to for advice we contacted a number of companies including Pureflow. Nigel from Pureflow arrived and quickly it became apparent that he is both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about water softening and has an attention to detail that set him above anyone else we had seen. The simplicity of the softener that was suggested was attractive and its compact size relative to the outgoing unit was another plus. We opted for the suggested unit from Pureflow and the installation was carried out on the date and time agreed, quickly and efficiently by the Pureflow team. The standard of install was excellent the new hoses were fitted in such a way that the result looked so good it seems a shame its out of sight. In addition the existing pipe work from washing machines etc was also tidied up which gives an unexpected space bonus in an under-sink cupboard. Whilst the purchase and fitting of a good water softener is never going to be cheap, the quotation we had was comparable with the others we had received but the standard of install and attention to detail from Pureflow made this price extremely good value for money. Anyone thinking of installing a water softener, and you really should if you are living in a hard water area, should have no hesitation in contacting Pureflow. We cannot recommend Nigel and Pureflow highly enough, the consultation, the softener and the install were and are all of the highest standard and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

Pureflow installed a mini max system 5 years ago . We recently experienced a problem with the system and although the product is delivered with a 10 year guarantee they have sent me a list of other installers and told me to contact them . It took 2 weeks to get an appointment booked and admittedly we did have to move the appointment but we did give 6 days notice . The excuses range from I don’t have my booking diary with me I’ll phone you back or we are so busy we simply don’t have any free appointments until November . Customer service certainly needs improving . Less than impressed .
