Price was good, fitting was poor. A rushed 2 day job completed in 1. We're in the middle of upstairs renovation so it was discussed about returning to site to finish work when rooms plastered. Elements of the job still not completed. In the end I was left with plastic but no adhesive etc bit of a joke. Paid all money in good faith but Mark H didn't hold up his word. Damage to house still not corrected.... basically if you want a quick smash it out job go with these guys, but as I understand it they are moving to supply only...probably for the best. I'm left with correcting their work and completing the job. Will be approaching trading standards and legal. Think the issue might be because the job was discussed with a salesman and not all info was put across. And if you are after windows / doors to be fitted plumb and square, find a company that actually cares about the work...i.e. subcontracts the work to tradesmen that give a hoot over their end of week bonus! On a good note, the guy who came to fix some of the problems was decent...he did a good job refitting the back door.
