While on the original viewing they seemed excellent and the 2 staff seem wonderfully friendly. I have been left disappointed and had to resort find an alternative agent to market the property. Communication has been poor. They have also lost the keys which were entrusted to them. When asked about this, I was told they had never been given the keys. After investigation it was revealed they had not only been given the keys, but had also done 2 viewings and given access for an EPC using the keys.... draw from this what you will (I am still working on finding out where the keys are). Multiple excuses have been given, with attempts at blame shifting. I understand they are now closing.

Requested a valuation spoke to a lovely, helpful lady who said someone would get back to us. Waited over a month but heard nothing. Husband called again and said someone was going to chase it up. Had a phone call the next day from a man having a go saying, "I've been told to ring you, but don't know why" he didn't introduce himself or say he was even calling from Pure properties to start with. Proceeded to have an argument with my husband about their valuation procedure. I'm guessing he was having a bad day. But don't take it out on potential clients! Wanted to support local business, but they don't deserve it. Go elsewhere.
