We got Pure Levels in after our new concrete pad wasn’t poured anywhere near level. Jack came to do a survey and within minutes had exact measurements of the floor heights in various areas and a plan to put it right. When they came to pour the levelling concrete they worked quickly and efficiently ensuring that the result was perfect, before cleaning up a after the pour. On top of that, following an issue with a flooring contractor, Jack gave up a good deal of time to help me sort it out over the phone as his knowledge was there where mine fell short. He’s a top guy and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service - I’d recommend them to anyone and wish other companies set themselves such high standards! Don’t hesitate to call them if you require a similar service.

Jack and Sarah did a great job installing underfloor heating pipes and manifold and liquid concrete screed pouring to our required height. (Pipes pressure tested but not connected to boiler, as our plumber will do that.) Communication was excellent throughout and they offered lots of helpful advice as we prepared the sub-floor. Highly recommended!
