  ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING, Every thing about the place, from the horrible attitude of the staff to their trash skills and unprofessional system. I don’t know what I was expecting because this experience was a thousand times worst. Went to get a little layering at the end of my hair and literally snipped off half my hair when I asked for only little trim but I now look like I have two wigs on top of each other. The staff says their boss will fix it if I book another appointment and so I did cause I had no choose i ended up going to the appointment but the boss wasn’t there. The attitude of the staff was absolutely FAKE and aren’t worth even looking at. I am literally fuming and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I Guaranty You, they aren’t worth even Considering to go to get you hair or any other treatment done from. Horrible . Service: Hairstyling

  the worst place i’ve been too. went to get my acrylics removed, took over 2 hours. she scraped my nails with a scraper instead of using the machine which damaged my natural nails, she then cut half of my natural nails short when i asked her not too. I left with acrylic still on most of my nails and all over my hands. Would not recommend.

  I done facial. But it was very unprofessional. I don’t think they do facial before I done. When I asked about facial, they told me they do facials but what the way they done my facial I can tell easily that they never done facial before. Because of the money they lied to me and the service was expensive too.

  Ive been here before over a year year and half ago. I got a groupon the woman asked me on the phone have i been here befor i told them i have. She was saying something but i couldn't understand her and was very vague. I called back up and specifically asked is there anything i have misunderstood because i dont want to come all the way down and there are any problems she said yes come everything is fine. She took my name and said see you at tomorrow . I came to my appointment told her i have a groupon voucher which she new, she asked have i been here befor i told her yes a year ago or so. The ladies started speaking in a different language then she said i cant use it. I said to her you new this on the phone i told you ive been here before and i even called back up to make sure it was ok to come. The lady then blatantly lied and said they told me not to come down. At that point i just walked out. Went to a lot of trouble to arrange childcare for this appointment. They should have told me on the phone not to come down. Maybethey thought I'd just pay when i got there but I'd rather go somewhere else especially if people are going to lie and say they told me not to come when she 100% told me to come down. I did not feel comfortable after that point. Wont be going back here ever again very disappointed and not a good experience or situation to be in

  BARBARIC ! Yes. The Iranian girls will have trouble understanding that word as they can hardly speak a word of english and lack very poor communication skills and manners. They treat customers like dollies and fool them with their polite but fake tone. They make fun of their customers by muttering and having conversations amongst themselves (staff ). They talk very fast and glare at you almsot trying to control what they want you to do (I think they are witches come to think of it. Even their laugh. They cackle. I know they got a couple of broomsticks in the cupboard only thing missing is cauldron) . They charge premium prices for a horrible and disgusting service. Conditions are not the best. No privacy and no etiquette for bookings. This business is sinking like the Titanic. Wont be coming back to this zoo of a parlour. Been coming here well before these new haggs arrived in the country. Not anymore. The owner seriously needs to maintain what they created with what ever they have left. If I could give it a minus rating then I would. I wouldnt even come here if I looked like chewbacca from Star Wars. Service: Waxing

  WORSE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I got an appointment using a groupon voucher. When I arrived, one lady asked me what I was there to do and I told her waxing. She then told me to follow her to the waxing room and she just left me there. I sat there for over 15 mins with no one checking on me . I started to eat as I was starving while waiting . The lady came in and said she’d come back after I was done eating . I told her I was done and I still had to wait an extra 10 mins to be seen . As this was my first time waxing , I wasn’t sure what to do and instead of telling me what she expected in a professional manner, she berated me for having my clothes, made faces and mumbled to herself about me . She was extremely rude through out the process . Pushing and moving my body like a toy instead of asking professionally. Not once did she ask how I was , if it was my first time or if I was comfortable. There was no privacy as people kept coming in and she kept answering the phone while waxing me she also kept rolling her eyes to the customers she was on the phone with. The staff kept talking in their language with no regard for me . At one point one of the many people that came in the room , looked at me , said something to the lady waxing me and they both laughed at me (I assume) . It was a very horrible experience and I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy. I would give them zero stars if that was a possible. Service: Waxing
